A cyclo-cross bicycle is a bike specifically designed for the demands of a cyclo-cross race. Cyclo-cross bicycles are similar in design to road bikes. The major differences between road and cyclo cross bikes is in the geometry and the wider clearances that cyclo-cross bikes have for their larger tyres and mud and other debris that is picked up by them.
